Protection of personal data
The Internet user may be asked to provide some personal data (last name, first name, email address, phone number, zip code, town) when answering the forms that are proposed to them, in particular in order to contact PEEK’IN. The entry of this data is necessary for PEEK’IN to process the Internet user’s request and to set up its commercial and promotional operations. If this data is not entered in the forms, the Internet user’s request will not be processed by PEEK’IN.

Data processing after death
In accordance with the new article 40-1 of the LIL, the Internet user is informed that they can communicate to PEEK’IN the directives that they wish to be applied to manage their personal data after their death.
Cookies
The Website uses neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement cookies. It therefore does not display a consent banner.
Language cookie. When the Internet user chooses a language with the selector of the Website, a “lang” cookie records this choice in order to display the home page in that language on subsequent visits. It is kept for 12 months. As it is strictly necessary for the service requested, it is exempt from consent.
Audience measurement. PeeK’in measures traffic on the Website with the Matomo tool, configured without cookies: no cookie is placed on or read from the Internet user’s device for this measurement. If the Internet user’s browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, their visit is not measured.
The Internet user may at any time delete or block cookies from the privacy settings of their browser.
Responsibility
The Internet user is responsible for the use they make of the content of the Website. Except in the case of serious misconduct from PEEK’IN, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information provided on the Website.
